I have been a Freelance Media Researcher since 2011 providing picture and media research and Art Direction for a range of clients such as Publishers for Trade and English Language Teaching (ELT), Primary, Secondary and Adult learning products, also for Picture Libraries in the Commercial and Editorial sector to include picture research for Advertising agencies, Calendar companies, Film and TV. Other clients include large scale retailers such as Marks and Spencer and Independent Businesses who need images/video for their website and use in marketing.

Following a BA Hons in photography, my past work includes:

Media Manager at Pearson Education for 8 years not only establishing and managing a media research team who sourced and commissioned creative media assets for educational use but also providing creative image research and commissioning video for both print and digital publishing for Primary, Secondary, Vocational and International products.

Research Project Manager for The Art Group, sourcing new, creative visuals for art cards and poster ranges for Ikea and Habitat.

Image Archive Manager at Camera Press to manage the Camera Press and Snowden archive.

Picture Researcher for Getty Images (TSI).

Photographic Assistant to a London food photographer.

If I have any spare time I have a passion for photography and collage and I sell my own range of giclee prints. I also love fashion, retro crockery and furniture, french culture and language. I do love to rummage in vintage sales, seeing what treasures I can find from the past.
